- Hunyuan Gong (Primordial Origin Cultivation) An extremely potent internal Taoist Taiji Qigong set that focuses on gathering, circulating, & storing Qi in the body. *This is the foundational qigong set in our lineage & the set I most strongly recommend to both beginner & experienced qigong practitioners.
- Chansi Gong (Silk Reeling skill) A Taiji Qigong set emphasizes qi circulation & unwinding the body through spiraling movements.
- Fang Song Gong (Soften into Suppleness skill) A Neigong (internal qigong) set that emphasizes softening & letting go of tension.
- Ruler Gong – A Taoist Neigong set that uses a small wooden dowel to amplify the gathering, circulating, & storing of qi.
- White Crane Qigong – One of the most popular forms of qigong in the world. A Daoyin form that focuses the mind, develops the balance, & is particularly beneficial to the lungs.
- Five Animals Frolic – A Daoyin (leading & guiding) five element qigong form, & the oldest documented form of qigong in china. The five animals in our lineage are:
